DARE TO DREAM AGAIN (1)
You may be reading this because you feel that something is amiss in your life, or that you have an emptiness inside, or possibly both. Mope around, complain about it, or make some changes - the choice is yours.
Are you in bad health? Did you lose someone close to you? Did you lose your job? Do you feel like the entire world hates you? The more you think about your situation, the worse it gets because what you focus on always expands. You have the power to change your circumstances whether you believe it or not. It is your choice and your choice alone.
Think back when you were a child, when you were full of daydreams. Dare to dream again, and, this time, you can make your dreams come true.
“I don’t have a dream”, you say? Perhaps the following exercise will be helpful in finding one:
Sit in a quiet place, relax, and start daydreaming. Grab a piece of paper and write down what you would like to do with the rest of your life. Do not set any monetary boundaries, just imagine the way you would like your life to unfold. See yourself doing what you love, surrounded by friends, a loving family, vacations in exotic places and, most importantly, imagine the kind of person you would like to be.
